In this workshop, I am bringing my knowledge from hundreds of hours of training and my experience with XO Kids to give you an easy series of movements that particularly favors centering, attention, concentration and overall well-being.
We now know movement is essential to brain development and wiring.

It is also the basis for Donna Eden's Energy Medicine, working with meridians, chakras and acupressure and a key component in many spiritual practices and movement-based wellness such as yoga.
